The most important period of life is not the age of university studies,
but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six.

For that is the time when man’s intelligence itself, his greatest implement is being formed.
At no other age has the child greater need of an intelligent help, and any obstacle that impedes his creative work
will lessen the chance he has of achieving perfection.

Amma & Me

Dear Amma,

I have come a long way from being in your womb to walking on my own.

As you hold me in your heart and join my hands,

I shall begin to explore the world outside home.

A small group of parents join us twice a week with their child (1.5 - 3 years)

for a few months.

Children participate in various experiences like playing, singing, art etc.

with mothers by their side. Mothers gather insights about their children,

while bonding further with them.

Stepping stones

Why does early childhood education matter?

90% of brain development happens before the age of 6.

In the first few years, nearly a million neural connections are made in the brain per second!

The experiences that children have in this early stage shape these connections and

build the brain's foundation for the rest of the life.

Evidence shows that investing in a healthy start increases the probability of a child's success at school and later at workplace and the community.
